RENNSTEIG offers a new version of the terminal cut off tool (called Singulator) to cut terminals from a reel. This item will be available as complete Hand Tool, that means Crimp System Tool with pre-assembled Cutting Unit. Or as separate Unit for all customers who already own our Crimp Tool Frame.

The Cutting Unit can be used in all existing RENNSTEIG Crimp System Tools (PEW 12). The Unit will cut 90% of the terminals in existence with no tool changes necessary.

Rennsteig Crimping System tool in special case. Case can be completed with all available DELPHI Crimp Die Sets (See list of DELPHI-Terminals). These Crimp Die Sets comes with Data Reference Sheet with specific Settings (e.g. strip length, pull-out force etc.). The terminal, Seal, and Cable can be crimped together in one ergonomic motion.

This absolutely ergonomic plastic open end spanner is for tigthen and loosen of the cable gland. You can us this key also for breaking connections (open the locking) after they halready been locked together.
